Partner concern related to his ratings- BSS operates on PSP, hence rating is visible only if rating error is <= 3.5.
- Customers can only change the ratings within 2 days.
- Ratings gets updated within max 3 days from the time cx gives the rating
- Customers can only rate within 7 days post job end. 
Wrong Rating removalWe do not remove/change any rating given by the customer
