TDS Certificate

TDS Certificate Criteria- For Example, if the partner is asking for Q1 like (Jan-feb-mar) this will be generated after 2 months we can share this by June month.

If partner is asking TDS certification: We need to check query: https://jarvis.urbanclap.com/queries/341592/source This query will show a deduction was done for that partner during time spam when he asked for a TDS certificate. 

Scenario: If the partner has reached out for the TDS Certificate ( And if the criteria are matched we will follow Step1)

Step 1: The agent should check the below mention 2 drive links to get a TDS certificate. From there, check using the provider's PAN number to see if the certificate is available. If it is, download the TDS certificate and email it directly to Shraddha mishra, using the same format as shown below. (We will close these types of cases on SDR.)

Scenario: If the partner has reached out for the TDS cert and if it is not uploaded on the drive then we will follow Step2

Step 2: If the criteria are met and the TDS certificate is not uploaded to Google Drive after checking, please fill out this Google form and hold the ticket for 24 hours. (ODR) (Response sheet)

Scenario: If the partner has reached out for the TDS cert and the criteria are not matched then we will follow Step3

Step 3: If the criteria are not met, please inform the partner according to the SOP: "Sir, your latest TDS certificate has not been generated yet. It takes at least two months to get updated. For example, if the partner is asking for the TDS certificate for January-February-March, it will be generated by June 1st, and we can share this with the partner in June. The same timeline applies to other months as well." (We will close this on FCR.)
