| Short Term Inactivity Block | We are live with the chat bot flow in partner help center, where partners blocked due to short term inactivity can automatically get themselves unblocked. Going forward, if any partner reaches out for this escalation, please ask the partner to follow the process : | Below are the steps. Click on the inclusion widget showing short term inactivity block This will move partner to help centre Ask them to click on “Profile blocked as no job delivered in last 30 days” Provide reason for not delivering jobs Click on unblock my profile | ||||||
| Pro absconding with_ Archival | If a partner is blocked under - Pro absconding with appliance/spare part/advance payment - rover_severe_fist Keep a ticket pending for 3 hours.
