We only remove rating in a set of scenarios, such as:
> Sexual/Physical/Verbal harassment - Raise it to T&S > Religion/colour/culture based comments - Raise it to Kartik Sharma > Health related comments - Raise it to Kartik Sharma > Rated another partner - Raise it to Kartik Sharma > False claim of theft. - False claim of theft. - Raise it to community Team (cx-community@urbancompany.com) on email and keep @kavitakapileshwari in CC so that we can verify it.
Apart from above mentioned scenarios we don't remove the rating.
Ops Dashboard > Edit Details > Reviews and Referrences > search by customer ID
