Getting leads outside the hub
| Getting leads outside hub |
Currently, BSS has two types of partners: Primary (Cycle Partners) and Supervisors (Buffer Bike Partners). Cycle Partners are assigned a hub within a 2-3 km radius and receive tasks within a 5 km range from their home. Bike Partners, acting as buffer partners, are tagged with 4-5 hubs and operate within a 12 km range to support recovery where primary partners are engaged.

| If we consider a hub within a 2-3 km radius, the system often captures demand slightly beyond the defined boundaries, up to 500 meters. When we verify the address and coordinates of such requests, if both fall within the 500-meter range, it is acceptable. In such cases, we need to counsel the partner to proceed with the job and close the ticket. | Guide and counsel the partner, especially if they have fewer jobs, to do the job and raise a bug on Slack while tagging Shekhar Sharma and Harshit Khurana. If the partner remains adamant, ask them to cancel the job using the "Out of Hub" reason and immediately challenge the cancellation. The trainer will review the case within 24 hours and reverse the cancellation if it is found to be genuine. Ticket can be closed after this. |
