Double Deduction - Post Monet + Credits deduction

There are professionals whose payment deduction was done twice, which means pro paid credits to buy the leads and also after job completion the post job commission was also charged. In such scenarios agent need to follow below steps:

• Check this sheet and check tab "Raw" ,as it has all the request Id's where the deduction was done.
• If agent came across any case where the double deduction was done and the request id is not available in the above mentioned sheet then we need to make entries in this sheet.
• Agent need to keep the ticket pending for 48 hours and we will not close the ticket till the time payment has not been reversed.
