Calendar Routine/Unable to mark calendar
We will not delete or mark any leave on partner calendar in any category.
SOP for leaves and calendar markings for BSS providers

BSS Partners have two types of leaves-
1. Emergency Leave
2. Break Days
| How can they apply for these leaves- |
Partners can apply for the "Emergency leave" and "Break days leave" through the application itself.

Click on menu from home Go to calendar Click on "I have an emergency" |
|

| Click on profile section from home Go to calendar Available number of days will be visible. Click on "Apply for break" Fill in the start and end date |

| Details about the leave- |
|
| Emergency Leave |
| 1 emergency leave can be applied in 2 cycles ( 1 cycle is of 14days, can be checked from rich profile) |
| No partner at fault cancellation |
| Whenever they mark it, at 10 AM for eg., leave is marked for rest of the day, after 10 AM, but for any booking before 10, they get PAF |
| It is included in Calendar marking i.e. taking an emergency leave will lead to a decrease in calendar days |
|
| Break Days: |
| 6 break days in a quarter (3 months) |
| No partner at fault cancellation |
| Need to apply a day in advance |
It is not included in calendar marking, for eg, if partner's cycle was 1 to 14 oct, but he took 3 break days from 10-12 oct, his cycle will become 1 to 17 OCT (10-12 oct period will not counted) |

| Note: Partners can not not apply for regular leave on their own |
| If the partner has exhausted emergency leaves or break days and they need to take a day off, then refer this link. Also inform the partner to inform the city as well. |

| The one weekly accumulated weekoff (i.e., Monday) will no longer be available. Partners will only have the break days and emergency leaves mentioned above.(this is only applicable for partners of Delhi NCR) |

If the partner requests to apply for a long leave(>4days). We will ask the partner to submit 250 credits to his profile and then,
We will fill this form and park the ticket for 24hrs and wait till we get reply on this response sheet.
This form will only be filled if available break days in partners "rich profile --> time off" do not cater the number of leave days partner is demanding
