GPS issue

1. Check whether Location is on or Off. 
2. If location is off then ask the partner to switch it on. 

3. Partner need to be in the tagged city, otherwise application will show you're not in your tagged city. 

4. Check partner residing/current location and check it with the hub map

5. Ask the partner to click on home page widget of send location

6. If above two scenarios are met and still partner is facing issue then check for these points:

- Check for partner current location if its a non serviceable are then ask him to come back to his tagged hub ( Check with the hub map )
- Check partner current location - sometimes handset itself picks the wrong location and hence it doesn't sycn with the UC app. 
- If issue still exist then raise a bug.
