Lead not visible on app

1. Associate to check whether partner category has been removed from the backend. If yes, then tag back the category by checking from category logs and ask the partner to Start / End the Job.
1.A.Ops Dashboard > Edit Details > Basic Info & Category 
1.B.Ops Dashboard > Logs > Hubs/Category Logs > Last Category 


2 Once the Job is ended then remove back the category and solve the case. 
3. If Lead is older then 1 year then it will not be visible.
