Unable to recharge

1. Check with the partner whether he/she has sufficient balance in his/her bank account. 
2. Ask the partner to use different mode of payment ( Google Pay, Paytm, Phone pay, Net banking, Different debit/creidt card of different bank )

3. If issue still not resolved:

- Ask the partner to re-install the app. 
- Ask for the screen-short from the partner to know the exact error and then raise a bug. 

Note: Only resolve the case once the partner is able to recharge.
