Partners can check the order status on the partner app along with the expected date of delivery.

If pro at customer location

> Speak to the customer, regenrate the invoice and close the ticket.
If pro not at customer location 

Scenerio 1 > Customer answered the call, get confirmation and close the ticket.

Scenerio 2 > Customer not answered the call make 3 attempts and put reminder for 1 hour, at reminder again make 3 attempts, if there is no response then close the ticket
Question 1 : Partner raising concern within the ETA (Expected delivery date).

Ans: Agent will share the expected delivery date with partner and close the case.
