| If partner wants to know about the delivery status of his order | Helpline agent can also check the order status from the below mentioned links: Bluedart Link Expressbee Link Delhivery Link Holisol Link | If pro at customer location > Speak to the customer, regenrate the invoice and close the ticket. | If pro not at customer location Scenerio 1 > Customer answered the call, get confirmation and close the ticket. Scenerio 2 > Customer not answered the call make 3 attempts and put reminder for 1 hour, at reminder again make 3 attempts, if there is no response then close the ticket | |||
