| If Partner concern related to order Pre-paid marked cancel/RTO | 1) In case of the prepaid order is marked as RTO, an automated refund is initiated immediately. We inform the partner and advise them to place a new order. | 2) In the case of manual orders then we fill the form and order will be placed by PPSC team. | TAT of delivery will be the same as Non-PPE, once the order gets placed by the PPSC team.(partner can also track the order from app once order gets placed) | |||
