Partner raising concern after ETA (expected delivery date)
If the order is not delivered within ETA (Expected date of delivery) neither returned nor cancelled in that case, we need to check:
- The agent need to check the live tracking of order from "partner's profile--> Logs-->Product Orders" and then open the order id the partner is referring to
We will then look for the tracking id and logistics partner. We will copy the tracking id:
a. If the logistics partner is Holisol- then used this link
b. If the logistics partner is BlueDart - then use this link
and inform the partner about the current status of the delivery
If the order date is within 3 days of the partner raising the ticket then the agent will share the TAT of 3 days and close the ticket. If 3days have been passed since the order was placed, the agent will inform partner to arrange the products from his friend/ co-worker and raise a bug regarding the same on slack and tag Shekhar Sharma and Harshit Khurana
We will close the ticket once order is delivered or marked as ‘returned or cancelled’.
