Expired Credits Refund

If pro is raising concern that due to any issue his credits got expired and now they want refund for those expired credits then we need to fill the below mentioned Sheet.

The refund will be done by Simranpreet on every Monday and Thursday.

On Monday: Cases which are raised on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday

On Thursday: Cases which are raised on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday

Note: This is applicable for approved profile only and if the profile is unapproved then follow RPA(refund post archival) SOP.

No need to raise such concerns on slack.
