Fresh Loan Enquiry/Loan Not Received/Loan Cancellation

Partner can apply for Personal Loan from App itself, which will be visible in Money Section of the App as shown below 

Eligibility for Personal Loan :

1. Partner can only apply for Loan once Partner's Previous Loan is cleared and 3 months old. 

2. Eligible Partners will get to know in their Money section of App if Eligible for Loan 

If Partner has applied for Loan and status is "pending for disbursal " share a TAT of 7 days from the date of Loan creation date. 

If Loan is in "Pending for Disbursal" and "Submitted" state for more than 1 week, Any document is incorrect due to which loan is in pending state. 


If the 7-day TAT is breached and the profile didn't get the loan from the creation date, than we need to fill the form (only when Correct document is uploaded in Provider Media)"

Loan criteria - There is a complete data science model that evaluates the eligibility of a partner to take personal loans. It considers a lot of things, such as partner earnings, ratings, approval dates etc. Earnings criteria are one of the most important criteria. It evaluates the last 6 months of earnings of the pro, city-category in which the pro is working, and on the basis of that, it gives us an estimate of the future earnings of the partner. The partner is eligible for 25% of the loan of his average earnings

Loan Cancellation:

Loan can only be cancelled if the status is at (Docs Verified) stage in case of i2i loan and (soft approved) in case if Uc loan, Only in such cases agent has to fill the form otherwise, we need to inform the partner on the first call that the loan can’t be cancelled on soft denial.
