Yes, leads will be escalated to the partners on BT-2 basis.
Q. 6. If booking is rescheduled, will it go to the primary partner only
Recovery will be done on a booking basis, other hub priority partners are checked on same slot then the system will then consider hub priority partners with a +6 hours slot adjustment. Buffer capacity is available for either the same slot or a +6-hour slot. Recovery fan-out can extend up to a maximum of 3 days.
Q.7 Which method can partner use while ending job.
Partner will get this option in auto renewal request only. Here customer has to pay online only. He is making this payment because his weekly subscription has ended already.
Q.8 Is minimum credits required to be maintained.
Yes partner needs to have 1 credit in his account.
Q.9 Customer unreachable is not working.
Partner can mark unreachable. However booking wont be cancelled instead will be rescheduled. Booking will be cancelled if CNR happens twice
Q. 11. Can partner cancel the booking.
Yes, partner can cancel the booking . However it will be marked as PAF and PAF will be reviewed by the trainer if challenged by the partner.
Q. 12. In case customer cancels the booking.
Customer will get refund of that booking if the customer has a left over free pass.
Otherwise 50% of the booking amount is charged to the customer.
Q13. What happens if booking is not started
After 48 hours, the booking will be cancelled if not started.
For auto renewal, customers are getting messages that we have made booking that you can take it or cancel. Customer can make payment pre start job or post start job through the link.
Partner should always select online option for payment. We can encourage customer to pay because it is the auto renewal service which you didn't pay for. In case customer is denying for payment. We should inform partner to keep this booking as it is, UC will pay you for this and this booking will end after 48 to 72 hrs automatically.
Unable to end job: Here we need to inform partners that customer has not made payment, post checking it and call customer and ask them to make payment. Once customer makes payment partner will be able to end job. In case customer denies to make payment, job will be auto closed after 72 hrs and UC will pay partner
